Refreshing Spring Smoothie

What you need:

+ 1/2 c. cranberries, fresh or frozen
+ 1 Anjou pear, peeled, cored and chopped
+ 8 oz yogurt, plain, fat-free
+ 1/3 c. orange juice
+ 2 Tbsp. honey
+ 2 Tbsp. hazelnut meal*
+ 1/2 tsp. orange zest
What to do:
1. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
* To make hazelnut meal, place approximately 1/4 c. toasted hazelnuts in food processor and pulse until finely ground.
