1. Rub tenderloin with both peppers seasonings, covering entire surface. 2. Place in shallow roasting pan and roast in 425°F oven for 20-27 min. until internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reads 145°F. 3. Let roast rest for 5 min. before slicing to serve.
