* 1/4 minced onion * 1/4 c. almond slivers * 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice * 2-1/4 c. chicken broth * pinch salt * pinch pepper * 1 c. cooked chicken, cubed * 1 c. cooked beef, cubed * 1 c. cooked ham, cubed * 1 c. grated cheddar cheese * 1/4 c. sweet white wine * 1 Tbsp. chopped green celery tops (optional)
What to do:
1. Sauté onion and almonds until golden. Stir in rice and sauté until light brown. 2. Add broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 min. 3. Stir in chicken, beef, and ham. Return to boil, cover and simmer 10 min. 4. Pour into 2-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and wine. Bake 10-15 min. in 350°F oven. Garnish with celery tops, if desired.
