* 4 large Idaho® potatoes, peeled, washed and sliced thinly * 1 Tbsp. tomato paste * 2 Tbsp. garlic puree * 1 Tbsp. chipotle in adobo puree * 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika * 1 c. whole milk * 1 c. heavy cream * 1 c. cheddar cheese * salt and black pepper to taste
What to do:
1. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. Place ingredients into a gratin dish. Bake in a 350°F oven until potatoes are tender, or approximately 30 min. 3. Serve hot.
