Roasted Curry Cauliflower Bites (Gluten-Free and Vegan)

What you need:
* 1 large head organic cauliflower * 1-1/2 tsp. chili powder * 1/2 tsp. curry powder * 1 tsp. ground allspice * 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil * juice of 1 large orange * 1 c. ground pistachios * 1 Tbsp. fennel seeds * 1/4 tsp. sea salt * 1/4 c. fresh oregano, finely chopped * hummus, for serving
What to do:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking pan with tin foil. Cut cauliflower into florets. Place into the baking pan. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Drizzle over cauliflower. Roast for 25-30 min. or until golden brown. Place into the fridge overnight in a glass bowl, covered. 3. Enjoy at room temperature with hummus.
