* 4 oz. beef steak meat * 1 oz. ea. sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms * 1/4 tsp salt and pepper mix * 2 slices provolone, .5 oz. slices * 12-in. tomato tortilla
What to do:
1. Heat margarine in skillet, sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms until softened, approximately 5 min. 2. Place steak meat on medium hot grill or frying pan. Place sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms over steak. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper mixture. 3. Chop steak and vegetable mixture with spatula and cook to temperature of 165°F. 4. Place 2 slices of provolone cheese over steak mixture and melt. Slide spatula under steak and place on lower third of tortilla. Roll burrito style, slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
